We want everyone to be able to understand their health, including how they use our products. Accessibility is part of that promise.
ZiroLabs LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as ZiroLabs AI ("ZiroLabs," "we," "us," or "our"), is committed to digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We want the zirolabs.ai website and the Cen10 app to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing part of how we design, build, and review what we ship.
The short version. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA on our website, and we build the Cen10 app to work with the accessibility features built into iOS. We are not perfect, and accessibility is never "done", so if something gets in your way, tell us and we will work to fix it. You can reach us at legal@zirolabs.ai.
We believe that understanding your own health shouldn't depend on how you see, hear, move, or process information. Making our products accessible is part of building health tools that genuinely serve everyone, and we consider accessibility from design through release rather than as an afterthought.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, speech, and cognitive differences. We are also tracking WCAG 2.2 and work toward its additional criteria as we update our products.
The zirolabs.ai website is currently partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, which means most of the content meets the standard but some parts may not yet fully conform. We are actively working to close remaining gaps.
This statement applies to the zirolabs.ai website. It also describes our approach to the Cen10 app, which we build to work with the accessibility features that Apple provides in iOS, such as VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Bold Text, Reduce Motion, and increased contrast. Because the app and the website are different platforms, some details differ between them; questions specific to Cen10 can be directed to the contacts below.
Our practices to support accessibility include:
The website is designed to be compatible with recent versions of major browsers (such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) used with current assistive technologies (such as screen readers and speech-recognition tools) on up-to-date operating systems. The Cen10 app is designed to work with the assistive technologies built into iOS. Older browsers, operating systems, or assistive technologies may not support every feature.
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known or possible limitations include [list any known issues, e.g., certain third-party embeds, complex data visualizations, or PDF documents]. We are working to address these, and we prioritize fixes that affect people's ability to use core functionality. If you encounter a barrier that isn't listed here, please let us know (Section 8).
We evaluate the accessibility of our products through a combination of internal review, automated testing tools, and manual checks with keyboard and screen-reader testing. [If a third party has conducted a formal accessibility audit, describe it and the date here.] Accessibility is an ongoing effort: we continue to test, learn, and improve as our products evolve.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our products. If you encounter a barrier, need information in a different format, or have suggestions, please tell us, we want to hear about it and will do our best to help.

Some parts of our products may rely on third-party platforms, services, or content that we do not fully control. Where we identify accessibility gaps in those areas, we work with the relevant provider to improve them or seek an accessible alternative.
